Our services are limited and you will be using our services as it is.
You must follow our policy that is made available to you by Wadisale.com when you use its services.
Do not misuse our Service(s). For Example, do not use it illegally or access our services in any method which is not according to our instruction or do not use it in an improper manner such as hacking or stealing data or theft or any manner which is not acceptable by law.

Wadisale may stop providing services to you and also suspend your account or services provided to you if you do not comply with Wadisale terms and policies or if we find any misconduct or misuse or else investigating suspended misconduct.
The services provided to you does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in Wadisale services or the content(s) you access.
You may not use content from the services provided to you by Wadisale unless you obtain permission from its owner(s) or are otherwise permitted by law.
Do not remove, change, delete, and alter any legal notices displayed in or along with Wadisale services.
The services provided to you by Wadisale may contain some content that is not owned by Wadisale, This content(s) which maybe not owned by Wadisale may be reviewed to determine whether it is illegal or violates or policies or law. But that does not necessarily mean that we publish this content,We do review most of content to ensure its authenticity and can miss some illicit.
Wadisale may send you services announcements, administrative messages and other related information related to your account from which you may opt-out by contacting us or by options made available to you for opt-out.

You agree to not post, email, or list through the application any Content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, and invasive or any information harmful to minors;

Is pornographic or any kind of nudity, sexually explicit or perverse content;

Includes personally identifiable information about another person without their permission;
Is false or deceptive;

Advertises the sale of anything illegal under any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction you are selling the product from or to;
Violates any applicable international, federal, national, local copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property laws;
Contains any software viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful;
Disrupts the normal flow with an excessive number of messages; or
Uses misleading contact details to disguise the true origin.
Contact people who do not wish to be contacted;
Stalk or harass other users of the application;
Collect personal information about users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
Post Content that is irrelevant or unrelated to the category or discussion thread where such Content is posted.
Post the same good or service in more than two categories.
To post, email, make available through the application or contact wadisale or any other users of the application with any spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or unsolicited email advertisements; or
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, the servers on which the application is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the application and website,
Perform unauthorized penetration test against our server/application.
For the avoidance of doubt, the above list of prohibited content and actions is not exhaustive and wadisale reserves the right to remove any content that it considers (in its absolute and sole discretion) to be objectionable or in contradiction to applicable laws or regulations without notice; and take necessary steps to prevent that person accessing wadisale platform.
Your Wadisale Account
To be an advertiser or a customer of Wadisale you must create your account with Wadisale by registration, you can delete or cancel your account yourself or by emailing us. Do not share your password and login details with any party which is not concerned with your account security. You can create a strong password for security purposes from the User Panel.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
The privacy policies explain how Wadisale treat your data when you use its product and services, by using our services you agree that Wadisale can use such data you provide in accordance with our privacy policies.
We may terminate accounts who are repetitive and are doing a copyright infringement.
If you think that somebody is violating or doing infringement of your copyrights and you want to alert us or notify us then you can do that by emailing us or contacting the administrative email mentioned in our website.
Submissions and product listings in our service
Wadisale and its Owners, founders, representatives, employees, staff and any worker, executives, agents and associates, suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for listings and submission done by users and will not be responsible and liable for any loss or damages or special damages and for tangible and intangible items, assets, and products and their payment or transactions and transfer and shipping or delivery of any products and any dispute between the seller and buyer or users related to such products and listings.

Where the application contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Limitations on Your Usage of the application
Wadisale may establish any limitations, in our sole discretion, on your usage of the application or website, including, but not limited to, limitations on the length of time that Content may remain on the application, the file size of an individual item of Content, number of items of Content that can be posted.
License
You grant us as a user and for each submission and listings a worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable and fully sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license, without additional consideration to you or any third party, to distribute, reproduce, edit, alter, change and perform and display publicly or otherwise, create derivative works of, adapt, modify and otherwise use, analyze and exploit such Submission, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, and for any purpose which includes social media advertisements, Social media promotions, any media, promotional and testimonial purposes.
Your Content in our Services
The content you provide to Wadisale and its services will be made public, Wadisale does not take responsibility for any content you provide to us, as the content may be viewed by anyone on the internet or off the internet. You hereby accept these terms that by using our product or services and advertising with us, Wadisale will not be responsible directly or indirectly for the loss of any of your digital or tangible or intangible assets or intellectual property.
User Content Sharing and Publicity
Information about User Advertisement will be shared on Wadisale’s social media accounts. Ad Links, title, contents, images, and excerpt associated with user advertisements will be posted on social media accounts associated with Wadisale.com, for example, if a user post an Advertisement on Wadisale.com or any of its partner sites, that Advertisement will be shared on Wadisale’s Social Media Accounts and All User Ads shall be viewed by Wadisale Followers and General public or whoever visits Wadisale’s Social Media Accounts, the decision of whether User Advertisement shall be shared or not will remain with Wadisale.com and any User Advertisement Shall be Shared upon approval immediately if decided to be shared by Wadisale.com.
Regarding our Advertisement Moderation (Ad Moderation)
We do advertisement moderation does not mean that the posted ads are error-free, spam-free, or trustworthy, our ad moderation is limited to the appropriateness of the advertisements like proper ad title, description, and image only, we do not take any responsibility for the trustworthiness, accurateness, and genuineness of the advertisements, however, we ban and remove the ads that seem to violate our ad policies, but we cannot ensure which advertisement or users are trustworthy or not, and for that reason, the user’s discretion and due diligence are required.
About Software in our Services
You may not distribute or reverse engineer the software provided to you to access products and services by Wadisale. You may not copy or modify, sell, distribute or reproduce any part of services including the software which is part of Wadisale. You may not alter our software and services. We as wadisale reserve the sole right to sue anyone who try to reverse engineer our application/ website for adverse intentions. Penetration test without proper authority against our any service will be counted as security breach attempt and the adversary will be accountable for the attempted actions punishable by law.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We may downgrade or upgrade our services and functionalities provided within those services or features of those services without informing you. Wadisale may stop or suspend a Services altogether with notifying the users and customers. You can stop using our products and services at any time. although Wadisale will be sorry to see you go. Wadisale may also stop all the services provided to you or set or create new limits at any time.
Wadisale may or may not give you advance notice. Although we will try our best to give reasonable advance notice before the end of services made available to you.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
